Introduction

Welcome to SketchGo Draw! These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") constitute an agreement between you and SketchGo Draw (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "the App") regarding the use of the App. Please read these Terms carefully, especially the clauses that exclude or limit liability.

When you download, install, register, log in, or use the App, you indicate that you have fully read, understood, and agree to the entire content of these Terms. If you do not agree to any content of these Terms, please immediately stop using the App.

1. Service Description

1.1 Service Content

The App is an AI-powered creative drawing tool with core features including:

• Simple Canvas: Providing drawing tools such as brush, eraser, undo, and clear
• Text Input: Supporting manual input or selection of preset keywords
• Style Generation: Converting hand-drawn sketches into stunning artistic works
• Artwork Management: Local history, save, and share functions
• Membership Subscription: Pro member exclusive features and benefits
• Reward System: Daily check-in, friend invitations, lucky lottery, achievements, and style challenges

1.2 Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, interrupt, or terminate part or all of the services at any time without liability to you or any third party. Significant changes will be communicated to users through in-app notifications or other means.

2. User Registration and Account

2.1 Registration Eligibility

You confirm that when you complete the registration process or otherwise actually use the App, you should be a natural person, legal entity, or other organization with full civil rights and full civil capacity.

2.2 Account Security

• You are fully responsible for the security of your account and password
• You should properly keep your account information and not transfer, lend, or share it with others
• If you discover unauthorized use of your account, you should notify us immediately
• Losses caused by your improper custody resulting in account theft are your responsibility

3. User Conduct Guidelines

3.1 Prohibited Conduct

When using the App, you undertake not to engage in the following behaviors:

• Posting content that violates laws, regulations, or social order and good customs
• Posting pornographic, violent, terrorist, politically sensitive, or other prohibited content
• Infringing on others' intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, or other legitimate rights and interests
• Using the App for fraud, scams, pyramid schemes, or other illegal activities
• Maliciously attacking or disrupting the normal operation of the App
• Using technical means to crack, reverse engineer, or decompile the App
• Batch registering accounts, maliciously farming generation credits, or other abusive behaviors
• Other behaviors that violate these Terms or laws and regulations

3.2 Violation Handling

If you violate the provisions of these Terms, we have the right to take measures such as warnings, feature restrictions, account suspension, account termination, or permanent banning. If losses are caused to third parties or us, you shall bear corresponding liability for compensation.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Platform Intellectual Property

All content of the App, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, software, programs, layout design, column directory and names, content classification, etc., is owned by us or relevant rights holders in accordance with the law.

4.2 User-Generated Content

Regarding content you generate through the App:

• Ownership: You retain full ownership of your original hand-drawn sketches
• Right to Use: You grant us the right to use such content as necessary to provide services (storage, processing, transmission, etc.)
• AI-Generated Works: You have the right to use and share AI-generated artworks
• Watermark: Free version generated works will include the App watermark, Pro version is watermark-free

4.3 Prohibited Actions

You may not, without authorization, copy, distribute, display, mirror, upload, or download any content of the App, nor use any content of the App for any commercial purpose.

5. Paid Services

5.1 Subscription Services

The App provides Pro membership subscription services. Specific benefits are as disclosed in the App:

• Unlimited generations (free version: 5 per day)
• Unlock all 7 art styles (3D style exclusive to Pro)
• Watermark-free HD saves
• Priority queue processing

5.2 Subscription Pricing

Subscription prices are subject to actual in-app pricing. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time but will not increase prices for existing subscribers during their current subscription period.

5.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscription services are automatically renewed by default. To cancel automatic renewal, please disable the subscription in your phone settings at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period.

5.4 Refund Policy

In accordance with App Store and Google Play policies, subscription services are non-refundable once purchased. If you cannot use the service due to a service failure, please contact customer service for assistance.

6. Disclaimer

6.1 Service Availability

The App is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:

• The service will not be interrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected in a timely manner
• The servers used to provide the service are free of viruses or other harmful components
• The results of using the service will meet your expectations

6.2 Force Majeure

We are not liable for service interruption or termination caused by the following reasons:

• Natural disasters, wars, strikes, riots, or other force majeure events
• Government actions, changes in laws, regulations, or policies
• Network failures, server failures, power failures
• Third-party service interruptions (such as AI generation service provider failures)
• Other situations not caused by our fault

6.3 AI Generation Results

AI-generated artwork content is automatically produced by algorithms. We make no warranties regarding the content, quality, accuracy, or suitability of generation results. If generation results do not meet your expectations, you can regenerate or try different styles.

7. Agreement Changes and Termination

7.1 Agreement Changes

We have the right to modify all or part of the content of these Terms as needed for business development. Modified agreements will be notified to users through in-app pop-ups, announcements, etc. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, please stop using the App.

7.2 Service Termination

We have the right to terminate providing services to you in the following situations:

• You violate the provisions of these Terms
• You provide false registration information
• You abuse services or infringe on other users' rights and interests
• You are suspected of illegal or criminal activities

8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The conclusion, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of these Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If any dispute arises between the parties regarding the content or execution of these Terms, both parties shall first resolve it through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court at our location.

• These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App
• If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect
• Our failure or delay in exercising any right under these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right
• The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any provision of these Terms
